2. Product Information

We try to provide accurate information about our fabrics, product categories, materials, specifications, colors, applications, customization services, and production capabilities.

However, all product information on this website is for reference only.

Actual fabric specifications may vary depending on:

  • Material batch
  • Dye lot
  • Production process
  • Stock availability
  • Custom requirements
  • Finishing process
  • Photography and screen display

Images, videos, and color displays may not perfectly represent the actual fabric due to lighting, monitor settings, photography conditions, and production batches.

You should confirm actual fabric samples before bulk production whenever necessary.

3. Fabric Selection and Custom Development

You are responsible for confirming your fabric requirements before placing an order.

For custom fabric development, you should provide clear information such as:

  • Fabric composition
  • GSM or weight
  • Knitting or weaving method
  • Width
  • Color
  • Hand feel
  • Stretch requirement
  • Printing requirement
  • Finishing requirement
  • Usage
  • Quantity
  • Reference photos or physical samples

If your requirements are incomplete or unclear, production results may be affected.

We may provide fabric recommendations, but you are responsible for confirming whether the fabric is suitable for your final product.

4. Quotations

Any quotation we provide is based on the information available at the time of quotation.

Prices may change due to:

  • Raw material cost
  • Quantity
  • Custom requirements
  • Dyeing or printing process
  • Exchange rate
  • Production schedule
  • Testing or certification requirements

A quotation is not a binding agreement unless confirmed in writing by both parties.

Final pricing, payment terms, production details, and delivery terms should be confirmed through written communication, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract, or other agreed document.

5. Samples and Color Cards

You may request fabric samples and color cards before placing a bulk order.

Free color cards be provided, but you are responsible for shipping costs.

Sample availability, sample fee, shipping fee, and preparation time will be confirmed based on the fabric type and your requirements.

6. MOQ and Lead Time

The regular fabric MOQ is 25kg.

The custom fabric MOQ is 25kg.

Selected in-stock fabrics may support small-batch and fast-response orders with no strict MOQ limitation, depending on stock availability.

Custom development can be completed as fast as 5 days, depending on actual fabric type, production complexity, material availability, and factory schedule.

Any production or delivery timeline provided by us is an estimate only unless expressly confirmed in writing.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposits, balance payments, and related conditions will be confirmed before production or shipment.

For custom, dyed, printed, made-to-order, or bulk production orders, a deposit may be required before production starts.

If payment is delayed or incomplete, we may suspend production, delay shipment, or cancel cooperation.

8. Production and Order Confirmation

Before production begins, you are responsible for confirming all order details, including:

  • Fabric type
  • Composition
  • GSM
  • Width
  • Color
  • Quantity
  • Printing or dyeing details
  • Sample approval
  • Packaging requirements
  • Delivery terms

Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

If your order has not entered production, it may be modified or cancelled.

If your order has not entered the dyeing stage, the color may be modified, but the total quantity cannot be changed and the order cannot be cancelled.

Once production, customization, material sourcing, dyeing, printing, or shipment preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you insist on cancelling after production has started, it will be considered unilateral cancellation of the agreement, and the 30% deposit will not be refunded.

9. Quality, Inspection and Acceptance

We aim to provide fabrics that meet the agreed specifications and quality standards.

However, fabric production may involve reasonable industry tolerances, including minor differences in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • GSM
  • Width
  • Stretch
  • Shrinkage
  • Hand feel
  • Composition
  • Finish

You should inspect all goods immediately after delivery and before cutting, sewing, washing, processing, or using them.

If you find any quality issue, shortage, visible damage, or specification discrepancy, you should contact us as soon as possible with photos, videos, order details, and a clear description.

Claims submitted after the fabric has been cut, washed, sewn, processed, or altered may not be accepted.

10. Returns, Refunds and After-Sales

Fabric products do not support unconditional returns.

Custom fabrics, dyed fabrics, printed fabrics, cut fabrics, sample orders, bulk production orders, made-to-order fabrics, and specially sourced materials are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing issue or fulfillment error.

If a fabric surface issue or production-related issue is confirmed, we may provide an after-sales solution such as:

  • Reshipment
  • Partial compensation
  • Another mutually agreed solution

Issues such as uneven dyeing, yarn defects, and other production-related problems may be reviewed according to the actual situation.

Special issues reported more than one month after delivery, such as insufficient bursting strength, tearing strength failure, mildew, or storage-related damage, may not be accepted, as these may be related to your storage environment or handling conditions.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery time, and packaging methods depend on the order type, quantity, destination, and logistics arrangement.

Fabric packaging may include waterproof protective film, woven bag, and palletized shipment.

Finished garments are generally packed in cartons.

12. Shipping Costs, Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Costs

We support international shipping for fabric samples and bulk fabric orders. Shipping methods, freight costs, delivery timelines, and customs requirements are subject to your destination country, order quantity, and selected logistics method.

About shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other destination-related charges are your responsibility.

We may offer double-clearance shipping support where available.

13. Shipping Risk and Carrier Responsibility

Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, local delivery conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

If goods are delayed, lost, damaged, or delivery fails during transportation, handling will be subject to:

  • Carrier policy
  • Insurance terms, if applicable
  • Shipping terms agreed by both parties

We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee carrier performance or accept responsibility beyond the agreed shipping terms.
