Thank you for choosing MUYUE Textile.

We provide fabric supply, custom textile development, fabric sampling, custom dyeing, custom printing, and bulk fabric production for fashion brands, garment manufacturers, sourcing companies, designers, and wholesale buyers.

Because fabric products may involve custom development, dyeing, printing, cutting, and batch-based production, our return and after-sales policy is different from standard retail return policies.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, requesting samples, approving development, or confirming production, you agree to the terms below.

Fabric Return Eligibility

Fabric products do not support unconditional returns.

For custom fabric development and bulk production, you are responsible for confirming all specifications before production begins. We strongly recommend that you confirm fabric samples, color references, lab dips, strike-offs, or development samples before approving bulk production.

If you find a fabric quality issue, please contact us. We will review the case and provide an appropriate after-sales solution based on the actual situation.

All return or after-sales requests must be approved by us in writing before any product is shipped back.

Products returned without written approval may not be accepted.

Fabric Inspection and Quality Claims

You should inspect the fabric immediately after delivery and before cutting, sewing, washing, processing, garment production, or third-party use.

If you find any issue, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product reference
  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Affected quantity
  • Clear problem description
  • Packaging photos if shipping damage is involved

Claims submitted after the fabric has been cut, washed, sewn, processed, or altered may not be accepted.

Fabric Quality and After-Sales Solutions

If a fabric surface issue or production-related issue is confirmed, we will provide appropriate after-sales support.

This may include issues such as:

  • Uneven dyeing
  • Yarn defects
  • Fabric surface defects
  • Production-related specification issues
  • Other confirmed manufacturing problems

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Reshipment
  • Partial compensation
  • Another mutually agreed solution

Our goal is to resolve genuine quality concerns through practical and cooperative solutions.

Limitation of Quality Claims

Some issues not qualify for after-sales handling if they are reported more than one month after delivery.

This may include:

  • Insufficient bursting strength
  • Tearing strength problems
  • Mildew
  • Storage-related damage
  • Improper handling

These issues may be affected by your storage conditions, humidity, processing methods, or handling environment.

We will assess each case based on the actual situation.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation depends on the production status.

Before Production

If production has not started, your order may be modified or cancelled.

Before Dyeing

If your order has not entered the dyeing stage, the color may be modified.

However, the total order quantity cannot be changed, and the order cannot be cancelled.

After Production or Customization

Once production, custom development, dyeing, printing, material sourcing, or shipment preparation has started, your order cannot be cancelled.

If you insist on cancelling the order after production has started, it will be regarded as unilateral cancellation of the agreement.

In this case, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
