What types of fabrics can you order from MUYUE Textile?

You can order a wide range of knitted and woven fabrics from MUYUE Textile, including cotton single jersey, cotton spandex, double knit, rib knit, sweatshirt fleece, organza, woven Tencel, knitted Tencel & Lyocell, and cashmere winter fabrics.

MUYUE Textile is a factory-direct fabric supplier with experience in fabric production, textile development, custom dyeing, custom printing, fabric sampling, and bulk fabric supply.

You can work with us from fabric selection and sample testing to custom development and bulk production.

Yes. You can request custom fabric development based on your required composition, GSM, weight, width, color, knitting or weaving method, hand feel, stretch level, finishing process, or reference sample.

For better development accuracy, we recommend that you provide fabric composition, weight, structure, color requirement, and physical fabric samples if available.

The fabric MOQ is 25kg.

Selected in-stock fabrics may support small-batch and fast-response orders with no strict MOQ limitation, depending on stock availability.

Custom development can be completed as fast as 5 days, depending on fabric type, color requirement, dyeing process, printing method, production complexity, and factory schedule.

Ready-stock fabrics can usually be arranged faster.

Yes. You can request fabric samples before placing a bulk order.

Samples are available, but they are not free. Sample fees and shipping costs will be confirmed based on the fabric type, quantity, and destination.

Yes!We provide color cards free of charge, but shipping costs are your responsibility.

Yes. You can customize colors based on your requirement.

Custom color MOQ starts from 25kg. You can provide references, fabric swatches, color samples, or physical reference materials for better color matching.

What is the process for custom fabric products?

For custom products, the process usually includes:

  1. Requirement Confirmation
    You confirm the garment style, design direction, fabric requirement, color, texture, and application.
  2. Fabric Development
    We develop the fabric according to your requirement. Custom color or printing can also be arranged.
  3. Sample Development
    We produce fabric samples or trial samples according to the confirmed development plan.
  4. Bulk Production
    After the sample is approved, bulk production will begin.

For non-custom ready fabrics, the process usually includes:

  1. You confirm your fabric purchasing requirement.
  2. You place a sample order to check the actual fabric, or purchase yardage for garment sample making.
  3. After confirming the fabric and quantity, you place the bulk order.

Custom requirements, if any

How do you control fabric quality?

We follow a quality control process that may include raw material checking, production monitoring, dyeing review, fabric inspection, finishing review, and packing inspection.

You are also expected to inspect the fabric after delivery and before cutting, sewing, washing, or processing.

If you find a fabric issue after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product reference
  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Affected quantity
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Packaging photos if shipping damage is involved

If the issue is confirmed as a production-related problem, we will provide an appropriate after-sales solution.

Confirmed production-related fabric issues may include:

  • Uneven dyeing
  • Yarn defects
  • Fabric surface defects
  • Specification discrepancies
  • Other manufacturing-related problems

Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement, reproduction, partial compensation, reshipment, or another mutually agreed solution.

If issues such as poor bursting strength, tearing strength failure, mildew, or storage-related damage are reported more than one month after delivery, we may not be able to provide after-sales handling.

These issues may be related to your storage environment, humidity, handling, or processing conditions.

Fabric products generally do not support returns without confirmed quality issues.

If you find a product issue, we can provide after-sales solutions according to the actual situation.

No. Fabric products do not support unconditional returns.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Order cancellation depends on the production status.

If your order has not entered production, it may be cancelled or modified.

If your order has not entered the dyeing stage, you may modify the color, but you cannot change the total order quantity or cancel the order.

Once production, customization, or shipping preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you insist on cancelling after production, customization, or shipping preparation has started, it will be considered unilateral cancellation of the agreement.

In this case, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.

How are fabrics packed?

Fabric packaging usually includes:

  • Waterproof protective film
  • Woven bag
  • Palletized shipping

Finished garments are generally packed in cartons.

Yes. We can support international shipping for fabric samples and bulk orders.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other destination-related charges are your responsibility.

Yes. We may provide double-clearance shipping support where available.

However, customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes, and related costs are still your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If goods are delayed, lost, damaged, or delivery fails during transportation, the handling will be subject to the carrier’s policy and the shipping terms agreed by both parties.
We will assist with communication and documentation where possible, but carrier-related risks are not fully under our control.
